Linda Ford is all of these. By

committed to helping senior executives manage the fourth
factor—culture. She consults and speaks on improving
business performance and is the author of The Fourth
Factor.
After earning her undergraduate degree in mathematics, Linda
spent fourteen years in large global corporations working in
almost every function in the company. She has been
successful in field sales, software development, product
management, marketing, and line management. She earned her
PhD in Human and Organization Systems from the Fielding
Graduate University in 1992.
